Shipping policy

We offer FREE Standard U.S. Shipping on all orders $50+. As each Heartless Romantic piece is custom made to order, please allow 3-5 business days in production, and 5-8 business days in transit to you. 

We are unable to modify or cancel order once in production and transit. Please refer to our sizing guide for accurate ordering your custom fit. 

Should your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
