As each Heartless Romantic piece is custom made to order, we do not current accept returns or refunds and are unable to modify or cancel order once in production and transit. Please refer to our sizing guide for accurate ordering your custom fit. 

Should your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
